The semiannual Carolina Food Truck is back for the spring edition. Dozens of food trucks—new ones as well as some fan favorites—are ready to satisfy appetites. This feast festival includes all types of foods, fresh eats, gourmet recipes, grilled favorites, authentic cuisines, worldly flavors, sweet treats, cold beverages and live music.
